Moyoga at St Margaret’s
What can you expect from MoYoga?
A consciously designed sequence each week to ensure yoga is accessible to children by adapting the traditional practice of yoga. Introducing Asana’s (poses) and benefits, Pranayama (mindful breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (meditation) and the rich history of this ancient practice.
Classes will include elements of storytelling and themes to explore and weave philosophy into practice, building strength, mobility, stability and flexibility.
These are the key fundamentals you will find in Kate’s teachings, understanding the necessity of safety and alignment to ensure the wellbeing of all participants.

When: Monday afternoons.
Starting 2nd April 2026 and finishing 30th March 2026.Time: 2:35pm - 3:15pm

Prep - Year 2
Kate will collect the participating students from the Atrium at 3:20pm and walk them to the HPE classroom (above the strength and conditioning room) ready to begin class. Parents are welcome to pick up from the room at 4:15pm. Otherwise, Kate will walk all remaining girls back to the Atrium ready for collection.
